BEGINNER LEVEL

Beginner Level

Beginner Level is for kids who need to learn the basic exercises from the program, and/or improve skills such as splits, back bent, core strength or proper use of feet and knees. Also every kid younger than 8 yo needs to join this class.

Sunday 12pm-1pm PST
Tuesday 4:00pm-5:00pm PST
