As we begin the last month of the year, I’ve been reflecting on the things I’m grateful for in 2024✨One of the highlights for me is the opportunity @blakejstanley gave me this past summer to be part of his program. His program offers so many incredible options for kids to explore and grow, with classes designed to develop various aspects such as technique, ballet, strength and PBT, to name just a few.

🗓️Our flexibility classes are currently on Mondays at 2:00 PM PT (5:00 PM ET) and Thursdays at 8:00 AM PT (11:00 AM ET).

Thank you so much to everyone who joins my classes every week. I truly appreciate our time together! ❤️ I tried my best to include as many of you as possible in the reel, but I’ll admit—I’m not the best at remembering to take videos during class 😅 Next time, I’ll make sure to add more!

Meet Aqua!😺 She’s my playful and talkative cat. You’ll probably see (and hear) her during our classes—she’s just making sure everyone’s working hard!😸 I love having her keep me company during the countless hours I spend in this room 🧡

BOOM! You nailed it!🤩 At the end of Friday’s group class, I let the students choose their favorite exercise. Arya picked this one, and I told her something like… “We didn’t focus much on back today, but on Sunday, we’ll work on this exercise, and I think you’ll be really close to reaching the straight line if you bend your elbows and lower your hands a little bit more.”
