This training program is specific for dancers and athletes who want to improve the amplitude of their movements and develop flexible and strong muscles. I will help you increase your body control, achieve proper body lines, and excel in your execution technique to perform better jumps, balances, turns and acrobatic skills.

BEGINNERS CLASS

The main focus of this class is establishing correct body techniques and postures while developing flexibility, coordination,  and strength.

INTERMEDIATE CLASS

WEDNESDAY at 6:00 PM
 

This class is for dancers and athletes who have advanced through beginner classes and would like to keep improving their flexibility levels.

ADVANCED CLASS

WEDNESDAY at 7:00 PM
FRIDAY at 5:00 PM

This class is designed for students with total body control to keep developing their skills and advance their performance into a higher level.
