CLEAN YOUR CHOREOS
I can help you improve the movements, tricks, balances, turns or jumps from your solo or group choreography. We can clean your execution and work on your technique.
Even though we can work on specific goals, our classes will help you improve your overall performance, working in a variety of exercises and always with both sides of your body.
Our classes always start with an appropriate warm up to prevent injuries. I will also teach you and explain you what's the safe way to perform challenging exercises and movements.

Even though I am really strict and demand quality in every class, my training methods are based in providing positive feedbacks to help you believe that you can work harder and do than you think.
